Also, how about .ca domains... possible to order and get only .ca domains?

These links are not niche-specific, but from general themed sites. If you want themed links, you can use the buffers option, which would send the links through manually-created Web 2.0 blogs, with unique well-written content on a topic related to your niche. These blogs link directly to your site while the high performance links point at the blogs. This keeps your tier 1 link layer contextual and thematically relevant, while still passing enough link juice to your site to allow it to make significant ranking gains. Alternatively, you can check out our PBN service on our site, which has themed links.

As for .ca domains, while we can get a few, it is not possible to only provide you with .ca domains. However, the regular links will work just as well at ranking your .ca domain on google.ca (assuming that if why you want .ca links).

Say I order a package with the buffer sites, you complete 1 month of work with the set of URL's and Keywords that I give you. If i choose to change the URL's and keywords for the next month of service, would you then create new buffer sites for the new URL's and keywords? If not how would you use the new information?

If you change your URLs/keywords to a different website/niche, we will create a new set of buffers.
 
So if i change the keywords/URL's will the links for the previous keywords/URL's be removed or will they remain?
