If I want to grow on youtube - and I am in it for long-term (2-3 years), whats the best way to grow? I'm thinking to create my process around a simple formula: Create long-form content (>10 min) videos on youtube, packed with value + clickbait + trends (in my niche of course) targeting low...

I needed to watch more than 5 mins of their video ads (2 ads at a time from the beginning) consecutively to watch a 5.55 mins video. By the way, there is no skip button there. What do you think? Won't it hamper the UX?
