youtube channel suspended

In 2018 my YouTube channel got suspended but the AdSense account is still valid, can I link this AdSense account to a New youtube channel? by the way, I change my laptop and network.

It’s been a long journey for me and my girlfriend.. from the hours of work we put in to getting that ban notification to eventually accepting the inevitable. we’d like to start again. Obviously we are aware of using a new IP and all that stuff. We plan to get big, again. Like we were before...
