How to get your youtube channel back

If you get channel suspended like this due to spam and stuff then how you get it back i have seen countless tutorials saying you gotta use community guidelines keyword multiple times please does some one has experience in getting there channel back recently ?

If the channel was banned by mistake then there are a few chances that you can get it back but if Youtube did banned it for reasons then forget about it.
Just appeal and wait for response one of my friend got his channel back in like 3 weeks.

What he said basically.

In March I had a channel banned due to some piece of sh*t vietnamese FB group that reupload videos and mass flag channels making them automatically get the ban hammer

I got my channel back after like 3-4 weeks with no words from Youtube support (all the time I contacted them, they just replied the same "we`re sorry but after a review your channel violated the terms blah blah blah"), but I wasn`t happy at all as all the momentum was gone and the daily views never recovered since then

its not just these viatnamese group people are so stupid theyll flag your video thinking you stealing other videos when its a creative commons attribution video that you re uploaded or even if they consider some one influential like i posted some one famous audio commentary and a guy flagged and flamed too
