wp articles plugins

I know there are quire a few WP heads on here. Basically I need to implement a free file download on a WP site in exchange for signup to a newsletter. Also does anyone know a good mailchimp newsletter plugin for WP that does popups?

I saw the adsense script on a wp blog and I was curious about it .. I have tired all I know but I could not get it right . The ads shows only in post and does not show in pages.. Please I would be glad is anyone can help me here with the script thanks

Supposing I had 500 of my own articles, is there a type of WP plugin that could sort of mass post these articles to appropriate categories? Thanks
