Hi BHW Does posting Tiktoks on a high end phone affect the quality for others vs a low end phone, I noticed whrn uploading on a low end the quality wasnt that good and it wasnt smooth 60fps, on the new phone videos seem better in color and overall smoother and better does this have any effect...

I have 360p video so prety shity quality so is it possible to make it enjoyable to watch or atleast appear HD once uploaded on youtube? Can something like this be applied to videos:
