Uploading smooth videos

Does posting Tiktoks on a high end phone affect the quality for others vs a low end phone, I noticed whrn uploading on a low end the quality wasnt that good and it wasnt smooth 60fps, on the new phone videos seem better in color and overall smoother and better does this have any effect for other people when you upload?

It depends on the mobile used to make tiktok. When it is uploaded it depends on mobile which is bein used to watch that and internet speed I guess

The better the quality you upload the video the better for everyone else in overall, remember that other devices will be limited by the settings other people use, if is too good quality make take some time to load for them too, find a midle groundnot too good and not too bad.
