tier1 link building

Hi, Which are the backlinks we can consider for Tier 1 backlinks for casino or gambling websites? Also, Which tools i can use for to build tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 backlinks?

Is a bad idea have tumblr blog as a tier 1 backlink? If not do i have to create multiple accs on tumblr, or it is ok to just make new blogs on 1 acc? Btw:I'm curently making 3 articles per 300-1000 words, that should be ok, or not? And when i post article with my backlink is better to drop it...
