What type of proxy solution do I need? BackConnect? Residential? Session Control?

Need large pool of IP's to be switched per session (not per time or connection)
I am currently paying for hundreds of elite private proxies, and need to scale up quickly... but it's not cost effective and not really what I want. I only want each for a short time, and then never want to use it again... but I need to appear as regular user of site, so cannot have IP...- punkinhead
