russian shipping company

Hi I am not sure if its the right sub forum for this question, but someone might can help me. There is a seller who is (for some reasons) not willing to ship her products outside of Russia. I dont know whats her problem with DHL,but she said she shipps to Russian addresses only. Is there any...
