I am not sure if its the right sub forum for this question, but someone might can help me.
There is a seller who is (for some reasons) not willing to ship her products outside of Russia. I dont know whats her problem with DHL,but she said she shipps to Russian addresses only.
Is there any forwarding service what can provide a shipping address ( Russian) and then they would send it to the EU or to Vietnam? Its not a huge quantity just 100, small 15 ml bottles of pigments.
Other option would be to get a russian visa and fly to Rostov, but I really dont want to do that.
Any help would be appreciated.
