So, I'm in the process of building a membership site, but I don't want to charge people a monthly subscription fee and I'm not too keen on using adsense (because they can ban me at any point and it takes 60 days to get paid). Affiliate model isn't too good either as there aren't that many...

I am going to make an android app and it will contain some listings. So for this niche how a person can generate $$$ ? I can generate leads by capturing email and other info of the user but any other ways? What kind of advertisement should be there while user is on the app and it should not...
