I was just ranked #1 for a keyword, but a few hours later I'm not ranked at all. Does anyone know any tricks for reranking videos?

I noticed way too much use of keywords on my site after being stuck on SERPs for a while and having an unrelated page ranking for a KW instead of the proper page. I have since re-wrote the content and made sure the KWs are all in the right place and are a low %. If I did have a penalty...
