referral cloaking

I was buying traffic from one of the push notification service and found out that they're sending adult traffic as well and it can be easily seen on similarweb or GA4 dashboard. Is there any way that I can hide referrer url source? Is there any free ways to do this? Like implementing few lines...

I am considering using OpenX on one domain to manage advertising across all of my sites. The advertising zones can be pulled either using Iframes or JavaScript. Are either of these methods transparent to the search engines? I am concerned about having all of the various sites linked together...
