questioning

Can anyone explain me about SEO footprints which has got 8M views here in BHW, i just couldn't get an understanding, it looks like a path for software to post on certain website like imacros does automatic thing, please someone expalin it clearly, sorry if you came here to learn new about SEO...

Just asking a question about survey sites like file ice, awm, megadown, filecom, ect. Does anybody have a bypass script or some code i could run to get past the surveys? I can't seem to get passed the surveys even when i do them. All help is appreciated! thx
