proxy problem

I tried a trial of paid private proxy service and got one proxy for a test in scrapebox, but it didn't pass google test, when I use it in browser it didn't work either, I asked for another proxy and tried, nothing has changed. My question is I'm in China now, is that the problem? how can I get...
