penalized by google

Hi Guys, I'm in a bit of situation, I have 2 sites for which I only did link building using LinkPushing.net and got the "Notice of Detected Unnatural Links" for both of them. I know it is probably my fault for not doing anything else to diversify my link profile and only used LinkPushing.net...

Hello guys, i'm just wondering if my site has been penalized or is it just google dance. Because yesterday most of my pages are gone on the first page and i think it went to lower rankings. I've just noticed this when i got 90% traffic go down.
