i have site with pages of different page rank .will giving links from all the pages will be counted as many page ranks or just as one for example if i have 3 pages in my site with PR4 and i give link to site from all these pages will page rank of site with 0 PR increase to 3 or 2 3links from PR...

According to some online tool's my forum has a page rank of 1. I'd like to know why? I mean I have some good index's in Google. I rank for keywords Social Engineering Forums. I show up second but the forum whom shows up first has a PR of 0. What the hell? Maybe I'm missing the ball here but I...
