So I started a fresh WP news blog(3days old) on a domain which is 1.5y old (first owner) The current scores are : PA : 9 DA : 6 MOZ: 0.8 IS this decent? As I never worked with PA/DA/MOZ my traffic mostly came from social media so was never worried about this type of stuff .

I have come across several expired domains with DA above 50 but PA only 1. How is it possible? What does it mean? Especially when they have no backlink as well.
