is there any one who will help by giving a email scraper. basically i am new on this sector even i dont have that much money that i can buy one.if some one help me to giving this then it will be very kind for me. thanks. btw if i earn money from this sector then will return your money one...

We are looking for dedicated servers with multiple IPs , the company should not be in the U.S. and should allow flexibility of mass email sending, we have a system that sends around 50k daily. Also we are interested in someone who can configure the mail server for highest receiving rate.
