So, what advice would you give someone who is promoting offers for a network through emails. There are over 150 unique clicks from all over the world, but there are no leads yet. So how does one target only a specific region (let's say central Europe), and not get clicks from everywhere?

hello I need a good way to make massive email spamming. I have a smtp server with my scripts to spam (with postfix) but my reputation is too low and I think I'm banned or blacklisted from some email service. The spam can be many days it's not a problem. Any advices ? Thanks you in advance
