Best Practice for mass mailing

Hi guys,

I have a supplier who has a list of about a million emails and ive scrapped about 10k myself. Now my concern is how do effectively send them?
Till my list was mine i used phplist to run on my server to send mail from my home ip by keeping sending rates low, but with a million i cant possibly do that or it'll take months to finish this.

Any advice on how to go about commencing work on this list?
