    Recommend a decent link extractor tool?

    I'm hoping someone can recommend a good link extractor tool to scrape urls, outbound on a particular page that you specify. I'm looking to scrape actual outbound urls left in a blog's comment section. I've tried SB link extractor, but it doesn't pick up the comments section of a blog.
