Recommend a decent link extractor tool?

I'm hoping someone can recommend a good link extractor tool to scrape urls, outbound on a particular page that you specify.

I'm looking to scrape actual outbound urls left in a blog's comment section.

I've tried SB link extractor, but it doesn't pick up the comments section of a blog.

Try Web Data Extractor. It can extract URLs, Emails from a single page, website etc. I find it very useful
