I have an Instagram account I uploaded 2 videos I comment on them when I log to other account i can't see my comments Why, did I get shadow banned or what I have some views but very low

Hello, I have been shadowban because of follow/unfollow (instaboss bot) , they ask me a phone verification and one day after (shadowban) . It was during 2 weeks to see my # back , and now it 's ok. But now all pictures that I publish , have very low likes... Before shadowban : 700 average...
