Shadowban finish : engagement very low

Hello,
I have been shadowban because of follow/unfollow (instaboss bot) , they ask me a phone verification and one day after (shadowban) .
It was during 2 weeks to see my # back , and now it 's ok.
But now all pictures that I publish , have very low likes...
Before shadowban : 700 average likes , 40 comments
Now: 150 likes , 5 comments

Last year I had the exactly same problem , and I had to do some new accounts ..
Someone know something about that ?

I think there is not much you can do about this situation except to stop completely using automatition tools because that kill engagement instagram obviously know when someone abuse F-U and also do not involve with any engagement groups. I have seen accounts that used fake auto likes, fake followers to recover after they stopped with this and cleaned ghost followers from their accounts, and what they did after was getting shoutouts from relevant accounts, getting articles in relevant blogs to talk about them and their brand it really helped a lot.. So, if you have real business thats the way to invest your money, but if you are trying to make some quick bucks with IG and bots im not sure what you can do to return engagement.
