Hello, Quick question, what is the best domain for India? Seeing quite a lot of nice .in domains, but .co.in seems to be ranking better and easier. What is your opinion?

Guys, have any of you had any experience with .in domains? How easy are they to rank for (in google.co.in) of course..? Which one's better a .in or .co.in(I always assume it doesn't matter)? Please share your experiences. Much appreciated. Thanks!
