people who work with good ad grant accounts what a proper way to warm up the account to avoid "shadow ban" (if that's even a thing )one if my accounts went from the results in the image in 2 days to getting 9 impressions with 0 clicks sometimes

I just got approved for google grant which allows me to spend $10,000 each month, how can i use it to get some $$$$?

I have some google Grant accounts. But I am afraid to run affiliate or eCommerce search ads in the google grant account. If any expert knows how to run ads on google grant account, plz let me know. I need an expert.
