getting banned

I saw someone was trying to give a free service for the beta testing and he simply posted on the forum. But someone reported the thread and their post was banned after a few min. Is it not allowed to do so? For example: What if i have a software that i want to give away for free testing...

Hi i asked this late at night and didnt get many answers. *But why do i need proxys for my seo? *And also do you need different proxys IP's just so you can sign up lots of blogs etc. and not get banned, or is there more to it like for instance. More IP's is better for your seo campaign anyway...
