fb ads creation

hello bhw am having problems creating an fb ads account, my country isn't listed on the supported countries list for sign up, so should i use vps or private proxies? I want to link it with a US VCC that i plan on purchasing from This guy here on bhw. Any better solution than this? Any trusted...
