Need help creating an FB Ads account?

am having problems creating an fb ads account, my country isn't listed on the supported countries list for sign up, so should i use vps or private proxies? I want to link it with a US VCC that i plan on purchasing from This guy here on bhw. Any better solution than this? Any trusted sellers you know of that can provide me with the whole package, the account with the CC attached to it on a VPS or something?

Am i missing something? link me if you think i need to educate myself more about it <3

You're missing a lot , forget about creating a facebook ads account from a VPS as it will get instantly banned, you need a residential proxy and age the account for 2-3 weeks before running ads on it and a VCC may or may not work, get more info before diving into this as it's not a simple process and you'll mostly fail the 1st time

Such things aren't shared on the internet,you got to either ask experts or learn by trial and error
