facebook prizes

I'm fairly new to all this and desperately trying to get more likes to my page, but so far failing quite miserably. My page struggles to get even 3 or 4 likes a day. Is offering a prize (e.g. to a random person who likes my page during February) okay with FB? Or is this prohibited? Also, has...
