editorial use

Hi! (Firstly I don't know if it's the right place for this but it's to do with YouTube) I just want to ask if I can use editorial use only images in a video and monetize it with YouTube/AdSense? Btw I googled it so don't say google it I just want to know if anyone had an experience with this.
