Damage domain with PPC Cloak
If a domain is used in PPC cloaking is that domain tagged for future use and even ranking issue? If so, could setting up PPC campaigns on a competitor hurt them by using poor VPN false info ext? I would hope not. Also, if so is there any way to tell when buying a domain if it has been abused...- MediMaster

How do you set people against themselves?
A lot of times you are dealing with conspiring groups. Some examples are Your wallet got stolen/Your car was damaged etc.. You ask someone who was right next to you and he visibly pretends to not have seen anything happen and you know he is lying to protect his peers who likely did the robbery...- Max Kirschner
