cpu/memory

Hey guys, Recently I noticed some high CPU throttling on my hosting account. Most of the time it is upto 5000 seconds but some times it is as high as 70000+ seconds. I did not notice any serious speed drop issues or site inaccesible errors on my websites. Do you think I should upgrade my hosting...

i have sb on 4 computers 2 laptops and 2 desktops it runs fine on my computers with xp and 2g ram at 50% on my newest win7 laptop with dual core 4g ram its maxing out and the computer gets so hot it shuts down or the monitor shuts off. 100% not really sure what could be the issue. the laptop...

Can somebody tell me how to check CPU/memory for my server online or in same Cpanel? I not have VPS, just shared hosting and i want to see how much my server have CPU/memory,i am affraid to my site not fall down.(512mb crash)
