Two big thoughts keep coming back to me - 1. I spend too much time watching, reading, doing irrelevant things 2. I don't treat IM like a business It's actually pretty shocking when I think of it in these terms. I mean it's not as though I'm not making a single dime. I can get by in a 2nd world...
