bingads proxy

if anyone is currently running bingads, kindly tell which anti-detect browser and proxy provider is working for you? my accounts are getting banned even for creating legit WH campaigns. i am thinking it might be because of my browser and proxy. Thanks in advance!

I have multiple churn and burn US/UK bing accounts. The problem is earlier my 3-4 accounts will triggered out of 10 on VPN or AWS in 15 mins, but now a days almost none of my accounts are showing ads. Message remains "Ad is not showing for other reason" Later it changes to "Multiple match type"...
