3 language site

I need to make white hat site whic hwill be in 3 languages. I do not want it to auto geotarged, i want language to be choosen. I also want to make it on Wordpress. Tell me how to make the site so ill be able to seo it for each country and google wont get messed up with 3 langiuages. I were...
