Site in 3 languages

I need to make white hat site whic hwill be in 3 languages. I do not want it to auto geotarged, i want language to be choosen. I also want to make it on Wordpress.
Tell me how to make the site so ill be able to seo it for each country and google wont get messed up with 3 langiuages.
I were considering making 1 wordpress wwith some plugin for lanugages and i were thinking of jus putting 3 blogs in language subdomains.
Somebody ever did that? Plz help.

I would do the second option as you get full hands on each one, you can use the various plugins (and especially the SEO plugins) sharply.

otherwise, you could also use a wpmu installation that would do about the same
