The reason I decided not to text back on telegram was because the program wasn't as I requested when watching his video. And when I told him that it seemed as if he wanted money before actually fixing the program the way I wanted and showing a proper video. That was a red flag to me so I decided to not text him any further. I'm not a time waster nor a scammer, the point is he never actually sent any program nor did I ever send him money, so why is there a need to keep this discussion further? If he had sent the program without me paying that would be different , but that's not what happened. I don't trust him based off what he said, so I don't want the program from him. He never sent it to me so he's taken no loss. Discussion done with,

Yes, but despite the fact the program literally wasn't as I requested it, he decided instead of saying "Oh okay let me fix it to your liking my bad" he basically said "Pay me upfront if you want a video of it working" he didn't even mean upfront for the program itself either lol which I had no problem doing for that. All 'that work' =! doesn't mean Program was as requested. Let's use common sense it's not like I bailed out on him because I changed my mind about wanting the tool, hence why I found another person on this site who could show me a working demo of it working without expecting me to pay even prior to that.

I apologize for not just communicating what I was thinking, my bad.

Well the most I can do is apologize. Since being on the site I haven't had this problem with 2 others that I got make bots for me , what he said just came off as odd ¯\_(ツ)_/¯, and the reality is it still wasn't as I requested in the example I gave him. So I'm sorry this won't be an issue again.

It is an issue now though and you cannot bail on someone after they did all that work.

1) while having some doubt in advance, i clearly confirmed will do the revision
2) you clearly confirmed the scraper program is as requested
3) you clearly confirmed the tweet program as well, just need quicker process

How entitled does one have to be that the concept of wasting someone else’s time is lost on you? Sure he didn’t send over the program and sure you didn’t send over any money but that is time OP could’ve spent working on something else and making money.

Good riddance.
 
When the OP opened this thread, the accused' account was only 15 days old. I wouldn't do all the work without any payment upfront for someone with no history on here.

New account or not. OP should never start a job without getting paid upfront, or at least 50% upfront. I hope this was a lesson for him and encourage him to take payments upfront before doing anything.

Unfortunately there are many a$$*oles like @zuwop21 in this world.
 
NEVER start the work on something unless you get an upfront payment. Be it a JRVIP or a new member. And when someone insists on not giving an upfront then just walk away, in most cases there will be issues later. I learned that the hard way a couple of times here.

Paypal was limited back then. I can understand some people just too fear to pay directly on cryptos with so many SL cases done by vip member here

Sorry for your loss OP. Time = Money, don't underestimate it. Sure you agreed he will pay after you send him a video and not the actual app but this time he didn't and your time went to waste. There is no exact formula for business but I suggest you insist on upfront % to begin work, just so you won't lose everything and make the client more committed to you. Sorry again brother.
 
I learned from from fiverr, when doing online job get payment in advance. Its the basic.
