use your own [email protected] email for business.Hi guys,
I was thinking which one is good for our domain email. CUZ I'm afraid that the emails sent could be marked as Spam (zoho or other email providers).
Do you guys have some ideas? Or could you recommend one you're using now?
Thanks
Did you know the average response rate?I am using zoho free and it's working good for me.
Yes, I also found most of website owners use Gmail as their service email address. But some companies only accept the email address with the end of domain name. You need the set the email accounts properly to whitelist your accounts and warm them up properly. But I see most people use Gmail even with the Gmail.com extension for higher inbox rate.
Okay thanks, I will take a lookYou can try ProtonMail is an excellent one. It provides a user-friendly interface and is suitable for individuals and businesses. It offers end-to-end encryption for messages.

Thanks so much for your complete explanation. I will take a look at your website. When it comes to setting up your domain email, Zoho, Gsuite, and Office365 are reliable options to consider. Zoho email even offers a free plan where you can create domain emails and enjoy basic functionality. However, ensuring your emails reach the inbox instead of the spam folder depends on a few key factors.
The content of your emails, the reputation of your sending IP/domain with the recipient's ISP, and proper authentication settings (DMARC, SPF, and DKIM) all play a significant role. Additionally, recipient engagement is crucial. If any of these aspects are not optimized, your emails may be marked as spam.
If you're starting with a new domain, I recommend warming it up to establish a positive reputation and improve your inbox rate. Our warmup platform InboxLane can assist you with this process. Feel free to explore our services and take advantage of our 7-day free trial.
If you're still unsure about which email service provider to use for your emailing needs, feel free to send me a private message or quote me, and I'll do my best to assist you.
Gmail is my choice over Zoho. because I have not tried Zoho. I heard that Zoho has simple functionality and a free plan.Hi guys,
