Zillow Leads / Real Estate

Got a call from someone offering to sell me real estate leads from prominent real estate websites like: Zillow, Redfin, Realtor com, Trulia, and others by putting cookies on their websites.

Specifically, he has claimed to know which people have visited those websites and shown interest in selling their house by asking what is their house worth... basically requesting Zillow Zestimates (for example).

Naturally, this raised a few questions for me:

1. Is this capability genuinely achievable?
2. What specific method is being employed to achieve this?
3. Lastly, assuming feasibility, what would be the associated cost for availing of such a service?

I am not sure if this is real
Only if you have your account and contact details on the platform


There is no way to get users information the normal way by just opening a web page
Something else.must be involved to have users data

You can only chieve this via BH setup

Yeah the guy said something along the lines of tracking ip addresses through google display network ads on their pages...

Beyond this all... I'm a realtor who needs phone calls coming into our offices. My main goal is to our google business profile page to generate most of our leads. Can anyone help us here with info and cost for service.

While I am currently developing a similar platform and also in the marketing phase before the product is out in the market

While I am currently developing a similar
Platform as yours
You will need stuffs beyond BH stuff because real estate is not the every day product people buy

In here because we are not out yet

We bought some data from other realtors ,so we can do some SMS and emailing
..
Other setups we have are Google ads ,
FB ads
And forums ads

Our initial goal is to go lean budget
Do as much content as possible in text and video's

Generally the contents will be some kind of content valuable to would be house buyers or sellers

One thing I see with real estate is the fact that you will have to go long term
No big deal.about it

Meanwhile

I have seen others do well by having ads on multiple property website
Which is really expensive to do

Whether or not this is his real data source doesn't matter. Here are the things that do:

What's the CPL he's asking for?
What does a lead include?
Are they real time or coming in a list?
How much can you potentially earn if one lead closes a deal?
What's your current sale rate?
Can you pay as you go?
How much can you afford to lose on an unsuccessful test?

So he said it was a combo of leads in a list of people who searched... and up to the minute leads that come in / people search for on their sites. The cost seemed very reasonable if the leads / information is good (which is why I'm trying to see if what he's prepossessing is legit here by asking all of you).

Either or... again looking to grow our business and get leads. Feel like I have some good content on my website and have some reviews as well (all on google)

If you can lower your risk somehow by paying with paypal, paying post delivery, and on a small scale to test the water, I'd say go for it.

old thread but you can just work directly with zillow and they actually will call your lead, stay on the phone with that lead while they hand them off to you, and THEN you pay. pretty sweet but it can cost major $$$$ depending on what market you're in.
