If your ads are running but not spending the budget, a few common issues might be causing this:

- Ad Approval: Even if ads show as active, sometimes there are hidden policy restrictions or disapprovals that prevent delivery.
- Audience Size & Targeting: If your target audience is too small or very specific, Facebook/Google might struggle to spend the budget.
- Country or Location: Some countries have lower ad inventory or higher competition, which can limit ad delivery.
- Payment Method: Ensure your payment method is valid and not flagged.
- Learning Phase or Campaign Type: Some campaign types or objectives (like conversions) take time to optimize and may not spend quickly at first.

It’s most likely an account issue (spend limits, billing hold, new account restrictions) or campaign settings (too low bid, narrow audience, disapproved ads). The page or country is less often the blocker unless policies restrict those regions.

in America, if you are struggling to finish your budget, then its highly likely account issue. But sometime low quality ads can bring you the same problem, in that case your ad CTR should be very low.

Yeah happens sometimes. It could be account page setup or targeting issues. Check audience size, ad approval and country restrictions that usually fixes it.

Yes, I have had this problem too, ads are still running but almost no spending, usually due to the reliability of the account. Try starting the account with small spending first, then gradually increase to see if it works

Hi.Sounds like delivery issues. Could be your targeting is too narrow, bid too low, or country has low traffic. Try restarting the ad with broader settings. Sometimes the algorithm just needs a nudge.

i have seen this happen quite often it’s usually not about the product but how fb’s delivery system reacts to competition or audience size. try widening your targeting a bit or restarting the ad set with a new budget to get it spending again

Had the same issue before it’s usually low bids narrow targeting or a cold account that needs warming up with small spend first.

yes last week my campaign had the same problem. When I checked again, the account was slightly restricted in distribution after a few target adjustments. I turned off all campaigns, waited a few hours and then turned them back on, and then they started spending normally.
