Hi,

My ads are working but not spending budget, my products are completely clean. What is the issue, account, page or country?
Does anyone have this problem like me?

If your ads are running but not spending the budget, a few common issues might be causing this:

  1. Account or Campaign Setup: Check if your daily budget or bid is too low. Also, make sure your campaign isn’t limited by targeting too narrow an audience.
  2. Ad Approval: Even if ads show as active, sometimes there are hidden policy restrictions or disapprovals that prevent delivery.
  3. Audience Size & Targeting: If your target audience is too small or very specific, Facebook/Google might struggle to spend the budget.
  4. Country or Location: Some countries have lower ad inventory or higher competition, which can limit ad delivery.
  5. Payment Method: Ensure your payment method is valid and not flagged.
  6. Learning Phase or Campaign Type: Some campaign types or objectives (like conversions) take time to optimize and may not spend quickly at first.

I have some suggestions for you but i cant do much here now as a newbie

It’s most likely an account issue (spend limits, billing hold, new account restrictions) or campaign settings (too low bid, narrow audience, disapproved ads). The page or country is less often the blocker unless policies restrict those regions.
Check your Ad Account’s billing & limits first.

I also tried asking AI but couldn't solve it

Yeah happens sometimes. It could be account page setup or targeting issues. Check audience size, ad approval and country restrictions that usually fixes it.

Can you be more specific about the product and country you are promoting? If the product is clean it could also be that the account is not suitable for your product

I sell sporting goods in the US.

Yes, I have had this problem too, ads are still running but almost no spending, usually due to the reliability of the account. Try starting the account with small spending first, then gradually increase to see if it works

Hi.Sounds like delivery issues. Could be your targeting is too narrow, bid too low, or country has low traffic. Try restarting the ad with broader settings. Sometimes the algorithm just needs a nudge.

i have seen this happen quite often it’s usually not about the product but how fb’s delivery system reacts to competition or audience size. try widening your targeting a bit or restarting the ad set with a new budget to get it spending again

Had the same issue before it’s usually low bids narrow targeting or a cold account that needs warming up with small spend first.

Reasons for creating ads that are not delivered regularly in Ad Account or Campaign Settings. Please check the billing information preferences, spending limits and restrictions of the new account. If the account is stable, quickly control the campaign settings: make sure the bid is not too low, the audience is not too narrow and the ad has been approved

Sometimes ad delivery stalls due to policy reviews or temporary restrictions. It’s worth checking for any account notifications or alerts that might explain the hold up.

When your ad doesn't spend all of its budget, prioritize checking account issues. If it's not an account issue, review your campaign settings: check your audience size, ad approval status, and click-through rate. If your CTR is too low, it indicates poor ad quality, which is the main reason for limited delivery.

Ad budget not spending often hints at unseen flags checking account health and compliance could reveal hidden blocks slowing delivery.

I think the problem is not the account, because my account is spending well, when I set up new ads it doesn't spend

yes last week my campaign had the same problem. When I checked again, the account was slightly restricted in distribution after a few target adjustments. I turned off all campaigns, waited a few hours and then turned them back on, and then they started spending normally.
