I saw this shit being promoted on WaFo & had to make a thread about it.

It brought back precious memories of all the sites I clicked where I tried hitting the back button to be redirected to the same page over an over. It's annoying as fuck. I still watched the VSL and thought it was hilarious.

The theory goes:

1) People can't back out of your website.
2) Bounce rate is reduced.
3) Good for SEO you will rank higher.

My theory goes:

1) People leave your shitty piece of shit website and never come back = bad for SEO.

I just wanna clarify, how many people are using this plugin (or a plugin like it)? This isn't the type of shit you'd use on a "legit" money site, correct?

I think the owner Deki is a member of this forum...also got a sales thread on this forum :)

While I can't say much about Zero Bounce, I do run the original back button redirection plugin BackJacker on a bunch of sites, including my top earning money sites. The sites still keep their first page rankings without any issues. My sites earn off of CPA offers so I do not really care much about return traffic and the SERPs don't seem to care much that most of my traffic is new visitors.

The BackJacker plugin does have some safe gaurds built in to help protect detection from bots and can be configured to use additional IP lists as well if one has a good list or subscribes to one of the cloaking type services out their. For anyone interested, visit the link above to see our sales thread and try BackJacker free for 3 days on your site. Whether your goal is to increase affiliate commissions or sales of your own product, or just to lower your bounce rate, BackJacker can help. And I can confirm it does not hurt your site when it comes to SEO from personal experience.

I wont use a technique like this on a money site. Also u dont need a paid plugin for this there are hundreds of free scripts for this. I think G can easily detect a script or a plugin like this. Maybe other opinions?

The penalty for Malware is a helluva lot worse than the benefit from low bounce.
Malware = Site ban from Google very likley.
High bounce = gradual and easily reversible possibility of decreased ranking

Which one do you want on your site?
Use traffic schemes that offer good retention and page view count if improving this metric is your aim. There are some free options about for this. No names no pack-drill.

Scritty

In my opinion using this plugin on a sales page will make the user suspicious, will feel forced to buy and this thing will make him quit
