Zenno Help Needed.Not working since 6 days.

Hi,
Have been using zenno for a long time now.
But the past 6 days have been purely frustrating.
Zenno isnt working with deathbycaptcha
contacted deathbycaptcha support,they said to contact zenno support.
sent zenno support mail with windows events log and zenno logs.
they sent 2 dll files tried both,didnt work.
either the captcha result is coming as bad getaway or sorry
for every captcha result.

please help me out with this,i am willing to pay.
things done so far:
reinstalled zenno 10 times.
formatted whole server
closed port 80 process(extra ones)
tried decaptcher


so far neither zenno support nor deathbycaptcha has been able to solve the problem.

I'm having the same problems. 75% of mine are coming back as a 502 bad gateway error. The other 25% are coming back as correctly solved.

I actually just logged onto BHW to see if others are having problems with Deathbycaptcha. Hopefully we get this solved! :)

Nobody is solving this and both deathbycaptcha and zenno support thinking it's just a one off problem in my case.
it's 6 days.
six days is a pretty long period. :(
please pm them or mail them more,so that they know its not just my problem,but others are experiencing it too.
 
Hmmm..
Try this before anything. Get Antigate ($5), set module to Anti-Captcha.dll and see if it gives you the same problem, if it worked then there is an issue with ether decaptcha module or decaptcha API and their api is refusing you.

DeathbyCaptcha so far THE worst decaptcha I've ever used. I personally will stay away from it as much as I can.

@secretboy08 What their logs say?

I'll have to do that.

I would suspect that it is a problem with Deathbycaptcha and not Zenno. If it was Zenno, then why would I get 25% that are successful? I would think that all of them would be getting the bad gateway error if it was to do with Zenno.

Deathbycaptcha will probably think that it is a Zennoposter proble. Zennoposter will probably think that it is a Deathbycaptcha problem.

I'm heading to the Zennoposter forum to see if I can find any threads about this issue. If not, I'll start one. I'll do that instead of sending a PM to Zenno.

It started the same way for me too,few captchas coming few not and now no captchas coming.
i too thought it is deathbycaptcha problem,so i switched to decaptcher,but decaptcher now say there captchas wont work when using private proxies.so don't know who is at fault.
zenno support sent me 2 new deathbycaptcha dlls,can you test those if i forward them to you?
they didnt work for me.

also deathbycaptcha says since there site working in other softwares it is fine.

yes saw the dbyc down post,but this issue is persisting since 6 days. :(

Sure, you can forward them to me. I won't be able to test them out for the next couple of hours. About to head out the door for a few hours.

I was about to say that as soon as my balance runs out in Deathbycapthca, I'm switching back to Decaptcher. But they told you that their captchas do not work with Private Proxies?? WTF?? I'm betting that most people that use Captcha services use them with Proxies.

yes thats what they said.they even offered me a refund or an absurd solution saying first download images to your pc in separate folder then upload and send or something like that)I am shocked myself and in fact decaptcher also not working with zenno.all results sorry.

I haven't been that impressed with them lately. The success rate hasn't been that great. Some of the solved captchas are not even close to the submitted captcha. And now these Bad Gateway errors over the past 3 days. DEATHBYCAPTCHA SUCKS!!

What reliable captcha service do you use?
 
I was using zennoposter for about 4 months, 30 days a week, 24 hours a day and i think i can help you.

All my templates was firstly checking deathbycaptcha status. Overload = deathbycaptcha was not working for me and and most captchas were giving errors. I was also getting "Recognition result: sorry" or bad gateway. When deathbycaptcha status was "OK" i didnt get any problems with captcha solving. Now it looks like deathbycaptcha is overload all time and that is cause of your problems. Look at your DeathByCaptcha.dll.config.

Sorry means zenno didnt get answer from deathbycaptcha in 60 seconds. You can set longer timeout in DeathByCaptcha.dll.config or go for other captcha service.

Zenno is working, all your problems is deathbycaptcha.

Edit: Just checked all on my PC. Deathbycaptcha status is ok and im getting captcha solved on deflaut deathbycaptcha dll files
When deathbycaptcha is overload often average solving time is higher than 60 seconds, deflaut zenno connection timeout is 60 seconds.

You can check captcha recognition result in your template before using that result. When recognition resut is "sorry" or "bad gateway" submit same captcha to other captcha solving service like antigate.

Yah, I was pretty sure that it was a problem with Deathbycaptcha and not with Zenno. That is why I posted a thread in the Zennoposter Forum instead of sending a message to Zenno support about it.

Well, I am about to add an if statement to my template which should solve the problem.

If the recognition result = 'The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway.'

Then just have the template resubmit the result. I'll probably put a counter in the template so that it would give up after 20 bad tries in a row. Just so that the template wouldn't get stuck in an endless loop if it keeps trying to submit the captcha and constantly gets that error. This should work since I am at least getting 25% of my captchas successfully submitted.

I have been noticing the same thing.

As soon as my balance is used up ($11), I am done with them. Going back to Decaptcher. They are a little more expensive. But I'd rather pay more and get quality service. Haven't used Decaptcher in a long time. Hopefully they are still reliable.
