*About DBC overloads:
We're gradually increasing our capacity (overload times have been decreasing) but this process takes time and thus you may still encounter some short sporadic overloads during certain hours of the day. However, currently it is not common to face overloads and if you do, it will barely affect service quality (which means the service remains useful).

You are able to use DBC successfully with like three other different software; I don't think it would be accurate to imply that the issue is solely on our side.
I'm still at your complete disposal to help you out trouble-shoot; I have contacted myself Zenno staff on BHW to see if we can help you out. They gave me some instructions which I suggested you to do (basically updating to the their last version, which is working fine with DBC).
They also gave me an e-mail address for you to contact; how did that go?

Please PM me your DBC username to see if it's something related with DBC that I may be able to fix. If needed, I could give you free credits so I can live-verify your captcha submissions when using Zenno.
The overload thing should not be a reason for troubles, 'cause as I said, overloads are barely arising anymore, and when they do, service is still functional.
