Yes, I'd like to see these.

In the meantime, do NOT contact @onlinedev outside this thread, please. Keep all communication in here.

Also, can you please clarify what you would now like from this dispute in terms of a refund.
Honestly, I just want my money back.

Here is the directly exported chat from Telegram's export chat feature.

Having reviewed the evidence I've decided that @onlinedev needs to issue a refund of $600 to @Zeith.

There is overwhelming evidence against the accused. Despite claims some of the evidence has been doctored, they've presented no evidence of their own to back this up. The accuser has, if ill-advisedly, attempted to reach out to the accused to settle this amicably and with a concession, which has apparently been rejected.

@onlinedev I'm giving you 48 hours to issue the refund, which is longer than we would normally give. However, considering the amount of money, it seems fair.

He is unfortunately ignoring me but I hope he has a change of heart or is just preparing the refund.
Have you been contacting him outside this thread?

Yes, sorry not sure if I was suppose to send the Bitcoin address here but I sent him the Bitcoin address directly.

@SettingSun77 He has contacted me basically admitting to the scam and saying he needs 10 days to pay me back. I don't believe him at all. Just wanted to let you know.

@Zeith What do you want to do here? Do you want me to ban them or leave this dispute open in the off chance that he pays you? I know you're in a difficult situation here and that @onlinedev is clearly stalling for time but I also want to give you the best chance of getting your money back. Your call.

I appreciate you letting me decide, at this point it is better off for the rest of the community that he is banned. I personally don't believe him whatsoever and don't want to risk the rest of the community in the off chance that he is just going to use the extra time to try to scam someone else.

If by some miracle he does pay me back I will happily take back what I said but the very fact that he made up a story about me doctoring chat logs implies that he is not sorry for scamming but sorry for getting caught.

I took a huge loss but every loss is a lesson and I hope my stupid mistake is a valuable lesson for whoever has been keeping up with this dispute.

Dispute Summary

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

It seemed pretty obvious this was a scam, how could anyone believe a $1,000 credit card balance was being sold for just $600? That just doesn’t add up.
The account looked old, but there was no activity at all, which is a huge red flag. Clearly, it was purchased just to scam someone. Always check a user's history before making any deals.
Honestly, BHW should consider banning or restricting accounts that have been inactive for years to prevent scammers from abusing old profiles like this.

you can't con an honest man, but a con man will always think there are ways to game the system.
hence, the con man got scammed thinking there was a way that could be possible

Without going into detail as I am not completely familiar with the rules but I have completed numerous deals like this in the past.

If you're referring to buying accounts with fake or unverifiable balances, that's sketchy at best and outright fraud at worst. Just because you've done it 'numerous times' doesn't make it legit. Don't act surprised when it backfires.

exactly. this was a stupid deal by the op. can he do basic maths? 1000 - 600 = 400. where does the free money come from? if he got scammed, it is his fault.

Like I have stated before I have done numerous deals like this in the past and continue to do so as we speak. I don't need to elaborate any further then that. It is a shame about what has occurred but lesson learned. Shrug it off and get back to the grind. ;)

If what you doing includes buying 1000 USD Credit card for 600 USD
Then bhw will not be liable to help you further if you have related issues as this

Everyone knows you can buy cc from the darknet which is often from stolen credit card info

This does not in anyway means you are in business..not do you understand what it means to run any online business
I Won't go further

I think you have not read the original post. I never opened this dispute with the intention to solve the dispute. I knew from the get go that this was a scam report and not a deal dispute. I merely opened it to have BHW ban the user nothing more or less.

Also please don’t make assumptions about what I do or do not do. I merely stated that I conduct business like this on the regular without an issue. To imply that I buy stolen credit cards is false and blasphemy.

As long as you guys understand that I am fully aware of all risks and that this was not a one off deal but something that I do regularly then you understand why I couldn’t care less about the matter.

@SettingSun77 I would appreciate if you closed commentary on this thread as I seem to have struck a nerve in a couple of these folks. Not sure if they are angry about what I do or the fact that a $600 loss is far less scathing to me than them.

We close the commentary in a resolved dispute thread 14 days after there is a conclusion.
