Unfortunately the messages from me stating that I would be opening a dispute and that I had exported the chat was cleared and deleted after I had exported the chat but we had an agreed deadline for my refund for 8 hours that I have saved

Well, he has completely deleted the chat history of the deal upon waking up, with this intention it is obvious that he had no intention of delivering or refunding me. This is just a plain scam.

Dispute Summary:
Everything was good, I originally approached the user by for Paypal account. We did the transaction and received the account. The Paypal account was limited a few weeks later and he promised he would get it recovered but that failed too. I didn't care too much because I understood this is the risk with Paypal

Fast forward, he told me he started to offer virtual cards. I asked him if they passed 3DS and I was very skeptical as you will see from the chat logs. I kept hesitating but at the end I decided to finally go through the deal. I paid $600 + 100 afterwards for a $1000 card which he would check out for me. After 24 hours I started to grow more doubts, I fortunately was able to export the whole chat before he cleared the messages. He told me he needed 12 more hours. After 12 hours passed I noticed he wiped the whole chat up until June 19th to hide his scam.

Evidence of the Issue:
Well, like I stated. Upon waking up I noticed he completely wiped the chat. I had started to grow serious doubts almost immediately after the deal begun. To prepare for a possible scam I exported the whole chat from Telegram before I went to sleep. This was fortunately a very good move because I would have no evidence If I had not as he deleted all chats involving this deal.

What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution:
I would love a full refund but I am not an idiot. I can tell by the very manner of what he did that he has no intention of resolving this and most likely will accept a ban as a consequence for the $600 he made off me. It is what it is but I hope I am wrong and he does refund me.

(Optional) Additional Information:

I have exported the whole Telegram chat that includes our whole chat history from start to finish until yesterday evening. We had a few more messages after this chat export of me threatening to open a dispute if by the time I woke up the deal was not complete. After this he wiped the chat. I will happily provide this to staff or take more photos from it.

I apologize, I have fixed the format. It is not letting me upload the PDF or .HTML of the full Telegram exported chat history but I would love to include that as the deal starts from June 7th.

Edit: NVM. I have uploaded a screen recording of the whole chat history but if you want I can directly give the staff the Telegram export file. It is not letting me upload it because it is too large.

I informed them yesterday that I wanted a refund as it has been over 24 hours, I gave them another 8 hour deadline for a refund and he agreed. I then exported the chat history, I told him right after this that I would open a dispute if I had not refunded me or completed the deal by the 8 hour deadline.

I went back to the chat about 10-12 hours later to see everything had been wiped up to June 19th.

Information For The Accused
@onlinedev, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. Am really surprised on what this user is trying to achieve here by accusing me that I scammed him $600.
Firstly, the only transactions I did with this user is only selling a PayPal account to him. He made a payment for a PayPal account and delivered the account on time. After using the PayPal account for many transactions in few weeks, he chatted me and told me his PayPal account is limited, if I will be able to resolve the issue and I told him yes. He paid for it and start working on it. When I start working on resolving the PayPal limitation, I found out that PayPal are requesting for more documents other than the document he paid me to resolve the issue. I told him about it and requested that it will cost some money to get them, he refused and told me to submit the ones he paid for. I accepted and submitted them but I warned him that without submitting those documents that PayPal might ban his account but he didn't listen. After submitting the documents he told me to submit, PayPal banned the PayPal account.
I was not happy about it and even offer to give him another PayPal account for half the price am selling them so that he will be able to continue using PayPal but he said no.
After this PayPal transactions, I logged into my BHW account and I saw that this user is leaving negative comments on my selling thread that am a scammer and that I scammed him $600.
I replied the comments he made and even reported the comment to BHW Admin/support and the comment was deleted.
After sometime I went to check on my selling thread page and I saw a notification that this User have started a dispute against me.

I don't know about the service he said I offered to him that made him to send me upto $600 as he claimed.
The highest amount I have done on my selling thread is $45, so how did he pay me $600?

He said that i deleted the messages we had on telegram, I don't delete messages I have with a customer/buyer.
I will upload all the screenshot of the message we had on telegram.
I don't actually know why his doing this, maybe because of the banned PayPal account or what? I just don't understand.

I want the user/buyer to say/mention the service or product he bought from me that made him pay me $600.
I will need him to answer that.

Once you begun delaying the delivery I had grown skeptical and fortunately was able to export the whole chat before you cleared it. I have already uploaded a recording of the chat logs but I will give the staff the direct exported Telegram chat folder. I would have already attached the files but they are too large.

This dispute has nothing to do with the Paypal account. You can even see in the chat logs multiple items you offer me the VCC deal far before we had an issue with the Paypal. You can go ahead and meticulously clear out messages from the chat to make it seem like this deal never happened but the full chat log is right here.




We even did a test VCC payment before the deal to see if the VCC would pass 3DS.

I don't think comments like this are helpful, are they? The way we approach disputes is that we want to give every chance to both sides to resolve a dispute amicably. And, if the accused has a case to answer, give them time to give your money / service back. That's what's happening here. Let us do the timekeeping.
