Last year I quit my job and started my own B2C internet startup. Quickly realising it’s super hard work to get fast, predictable growth!
Although I’ve only recently registered, the advice on these forums have been unbelievably helpful on my journey. There’s been some standout posts and comments but its the philosophy of trying, testing and learning that I’ve found most useful!
Whilst no expert, by BHW standards, I’ve gotten pretty knowledgeable about LinkedIn and have a few fairly effective systems that I’ve found to work well for some difficult to penetrate niches.
I’ve now landed myself another IM contract (on the side) to do something similar in another difficult niche. It’s day-rate plus open ended commission.
I wanted to take some time to thank the BHW community for the part you’ve played. Once I’ve got the new gig up and running and I’m getting a steady conversion flow I’ll be sure to write up some of my LI strategies.
